Youth-Centered Permanency Roundtables (YCPRT) Program
Youth Centered Permanency Roundtables (YCPRT) put youth at the center of important meetings designed to lead to lifelong connections with the goal of achieving legal permanency. Youth actively participate and help to drive the process. They are empowered to invite the important people in their lives to participate. Most importantly, the goal of the meetings is set up a network of supports to leave foster care. Young people 12 and older who have been in children services custody for over a year are eligible.
YCPRTs are expanding to five new sites! Read our Why YCPRT flyer and learn more at our full program website.
